The ProScreen appointment making service is central to our ability to ensure that our clients are fully protected.

Our client care team will contact you approximately 11 months after your last test by letter e-mail or phone whichever you prefer.

You will be asked for the information we need to identify the dates during which it is likely that an adequate sample can be taken. You will also be asked for your own preferences as to dates, time, and location for your test.

We will then contact a medical centre on our list located conveniently for you to attend and book your appointment. We will contact you again by phone or e-mail to seek your confirmation of the booking.

Assuming that everything is OK we will write to both you and the medical centre with full details.

All you have to do is turn up at the appointed date time and place.

If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason you should contract ProScreen and not the medical centre. We will then arrange and reconfirm a new appointment. Please note that we require 48hrs notice of any cancellation, otherwise we may have to charge you a cancellation fee of up to £40.00.

It is our responsibility to establish a conveniently located medical centre for you, and we will provide you with a refund if we cannot establish a centre within 40 minutes travelling time of your home or place of work (by car or public transport whichever is appropriate) within two months of contacting you to make your appointment. Our first choice if we do not already have a centre on our register will be to approach your own GP, but you should be aware that not all GP’s are prepared to undertake private tests.
